Unfortunately, with the game only recently released, most Option Files you find will only be able to be downloaded for a small fee. It can be worth stumping up the cash for them though, as they should be fairly 'professional' jobs; PES Universe is a good place to start your search.

As time goes on, free Option Files will slowly start to become available, and a good resource to keep checking back to is PES World. A quick tutorial pops up in this year's version of the game, but it won't contain any info not mentioned here, so you can just press 'X' to fly through it.

You'll have to wait around minutes for the files to copy over, depending on how large your PES Option File is. Installing an Option File into a PC copy of PES is a similar process to that when using a PS4; it's actually a little easier since you don't need to transfer files from your computer to your console.

Once you've located your folder, copy all files from the Option File directly into it and head back into PES Once they're all ticked, click through to 'Detailed Settings', leave all boxes unticked and press 'OK'.
